I can't wait to try making a quiche like the ones Aaron's mother, Irma, brought to Jaime and Aaron's Double Birthday and Housewarming party. I have never made quiche but hers was SO GOOD. It was full of peppers and, I think, onions. So what did I make for breakfast to cater to my eggy cravings? An egg sandwich on a bun. A gently fried egg with a hard yoke - no crispy edges, please, mayonnaise and a slice of tomato just because it is so good. Sorry, no picture and it is already gone. I'll document the quiche when I make it.
